Get to Know Northfield Heating & Air

Northfield Heating & Air was established in 1950 as an oil delivering business. At the time, the owner and his partner would deliver oil for oil burning furnaces/ boilers and started servicing the furnaces/ boilers and repairing equipment. Sixty years later, our technological advancements have changed not only the HVAC industry, but our entire world we live in. We now interface our laptops with Unico’s Green Series System, delivering high efficiency cooling as well as programming NTI’s modulating boiler to reach maximum heating efficiency at 97%. Since then, we have stayed dedicated to working hard for our customers to achieve total satisfaction in everything we do. By offering complete, professional services for all aspects of HVAC – furnaces/ boilers installation and repair, A/C installation and repair, and a top-rated preventative maintenance program – we have been able to live up to the high service standards we have always set for ourselves since day one.

Jason, Owner Operator

Jason has been working in the HVAC industry for more than 20 years. Specializing in high-end homes and service on the North Shore early in his career, Jason always knew his clients expected nothing less than the best, and that is what he always delivered.

After 10 years working on those homes, he took over ownership of Northfield Heating & Air in the early 2000’s. Today, our business has become one of the most reliable and called upon HVAC companies operating in the Chicago suburbs, and for very good reason.

Our Professional Difference

Northfield is made up of a team of five highly-trained HVAC technicians and installers. Each one of these professionals has been fully-trained and educated at some of the top technical schools and institutions in the industry. Throughout the year, we continue our education and training to keep up with the new and exciting technologies in the HVAC world. Many have been with Jason since the beginning, and use their talents and skills to continue to build our business and help it to stay one of the most trusted names in HVAC installation and repair.
